The result surprised even us. In real use, the recycled fabrics performed just as well. Riders couldn’t feel a difference in weight or comfort, but the environmental impact was significantly lower. That’s when we knew recycled fabrics could become a real part of our cycling jersey lineup, not a side project.

We also paid close attention to construction. Four-way stretch panels, ergonomic cuts, breathable zones, and SPF 50+ sun protection remain essential features, especially for gravel and endurance cycling. Sustainability only works when the product still feels right on the body, ride after ride.

Printing, Production, and Practical Sustainability

Sustainability doesn’t stop at fabric. How a cycling jersey is produced often matters just as much. That’s why we rely heavily on in-house sublimation printing, a method we’ve refined over years of production.

Sublimation allows colors and graphics to become part of the fabric itself. There’s no added weight, no cracking, no peeling, and no loss of breathability. More importantly, the process uses water-based, non-toxic inks and produces almost no wastewater compared to traditional dyeing methods.

There's also a big difference between keeping sewing and printing under one roof. It shortens the delivery time, eliminates unnecessary transportation, and enables us to fully control the quality. If we need to change the color or modify the design, we can react quickly rather than restart the process.

Preventing waste is another important aspect of sustainable development. At present, small batch production or limited release is the first choice for many bicycle brands, especially for new designs or events. This flexibility is supported by our production methodology. Finally, this helps the company and the environment because it allows brands to test concepts without creating excess inventory.

That’s why we focus on details that extend product life: reinforced stitching, secure pocket construction, fade-resistant prints, and fabrics that maintain shape after repeated washing. Our goal is simple—make jerseys that riders want to keep wearing.
